All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by AuroraCraft Studio remain our exclusive property unless explicitly transferred.
Participants must follow workshop guidelines, respect other attendees, and use equipment responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
Workshop fees must be paid in full before attendance. Payment constitutes acceptance of our cancellation and refund policies.
AuroraCraft Studio's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our workshops are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career advancement.

Full refunds are available for workshop cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with your original payment information.
Cancellations made 7-14 days before the workshop may receive a 50% refund, subject to administrative fees.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop or for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
Digital resources, templates, and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If we modify or cancel a workshop, full refunds or transfer options will be provided to affected participants.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
A $25 CAD processing fee may apply to refund requests, except for workshops cancelled by AuroraCraft Studio.
Workshop transfers to future dates may be available as an alternative to refunds, subject to availability.
Refund disputes will be handled in accordance with British Columbia consumer protection laws.
Medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances may be considered for refund exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
